They have loaned me a whyte e150 while my bike is being held hostage.

That was a new bolt!!
After a brief argument they sent me to another branch to loan me a bike when I got there they asked for £500 deposit which I haven’t got so had to leave my bike.
I don’t want them to do any more work on my bike but I don’t know what else I can do.
