Did you ever sort this out, I seem to have the same issue on my Canton Spectral and e8000. It knocks on every revolution regardless of power on or off. Seems slightly worse in trial than eco as well. Not been able to find anything to help online so figure it’s a visit to shimano repair centre!

I gotten a whole bunch of chips on the bottom prt of the frame in and around the motor. Not entirely sure if this due to rocks or something else. Any good ideas on fixing these, do Canyon provide touch up paint or anyone done it themselves? It’s mainly on the black areas. TIA
Anyone know where I can get one of these Chain guides, managed to strip the thread by mistake? Official part name is (EP0752_PROT_M064-01_Chainguide_C_002 plastic) but can’t seem to locate in Canyon website or anywhere else. Do other brands fit ok?

Thanks all, yeah not had chance to reply or look at the bike since early in the week. It’s all clean now so will get it on the stand and take a look. The only new bits are the pedals so will give all the bolts a tighten and regrease.
Had a quick rotate of cranks after cleaning and it seemed...
Am getting a pretty bad speak come from the motor/cranks which only occurs when pedalling and applying force. It’s sounds like something either in the motor or cranks.
Anyone had this or got any ideas on fixing it? I don’t think I can take the motor unit apart?
Yes mate I did go for XS and it’s awesome as a bike all round. In terms of height clearance I am only just above the top bar when stood on the ground which is fine as rarely do that. For pedalling I can have the seat post slightly raised and get good power and comfort. I reckon I could manage a...
So I can answer both of these queries, I have a Spectral ON XS but I’m 5’6” with a 29” leg so pretty short. The XS is great but I could have probably stretched to the S as the XS reach is quite short but seat height fine. I would in your case of height go for S as standover height would be ok...
Finallly it arrived, today!!!! Enjoyed unboxing and putting it together, looks spot on.

I reckon our bikes are sat together as mine arrived at Greenford same date and time! I don’t have the last update on my tracking about contact consignee but guess it’s a waiting game now!
I’d contact Canyon but customer service hasn’t been great so far.

Did the local agent call you the same day it arrived at the warehouse? Mine is now in a similar place saying delivery on appointments only. No call from DHL or anyone else as yet.
