Anyone with a Blue Fuel added any splash of coloured parts? Looking for new stem and not sure whether to just stick with black or go for something like hope orange or purple.

Dealer had one recently but can’t find it right now! Still looking. They can’t order the bolt as they buy then whole unit direct from TQ. Quite annoying! I’m sure there must be a nut and bolt that fits somewhere is a diy store. Emailed TQ to see if they have specs of the nut and bolt too.

Annoyingly when I was faffing around with bars I lost the little bolt and square nut for the remote. No idea how to find out what size that is !!

I have not ridden since discovered due to injury. But think mine might have actually been the seat! But can’t officially report back until back on board.

All sorted. That lock ring was a myth lol. In other news… award for the most pointless upgrade ever?!

Was just looking at the XT brake discs and they come with a lock ring (silver bit in the middle). My older XT ones didn’t have this. Not sure these will work with the magnet as the bolts look like they sit in a lip? Will I need some spacers to get the magnet it fit properly?

I was lucky that I had my old carbon wheels. The DHF/DHR slid straight on. As good as those rim strips are they have previously made me very angry lol

I’m an idiot. I have some 35mm rise oneups on the bike I’m selling so swapped them out to give them a try.

Did you give it a go? I didn’t have time to do any greasing before riding today so still creaky. Annoyingly my front tyre lost a load of air but still managed to limp home with what it kept inside! Will get on to the creak this week to try track it down.

What rise bars are people running? Thinking of going higher than my current 20mm ones.
