Autoshift on the Shimano XT di2 + EP801

Oh yeah, of course! I was just surprised that such "tiny" hiccup most likely ended this product. But yeah, it is part of the joy of smashing hills on MTB ;)

Autoshift on the Shimano XT di2 + EP801

Well after 200km and one stupidly tiny crash I can confirm - DO NOT fall on your right side or be ready to spend hard cash  I literally slid on sand in the berm, bike washed out, doing maybe 20km/h at most and softly "landed" on the right side. Really nothing too bad, almost felt like...

Autoshift on the Shimano XT di2 + EP801

My N8Xe comes with Di2 but no auto-shift due to 12 gear cassette, nevertheless IMO auto-shift is pointless as coast-shift if where it is at ❤️ It is such a game changer on my local trails that are very wavy. Everyone who hates this technology simply did not spend time trying it out. Shit is...

2024 Polygon N8XE - what an absolute STEAL!!!

Oh also, of course I meant 2024 Merida line-up not the "old" one but of course the price for sure depends on the market. In Poland Polygon has a distribution, so I bought it also from LBS with full warranty and service - if needed.

You cannot?! That sucks.... :cautious:

2024 Polygon N8XE - what an absolute STEAL!!!

These are absolutely fair points but: I don't care one bit about auto-shift. Coast-shift is where it's at ❤️ With CB Mallet-E I clock mine at 25,2kg, so that not too bad IMO. E160 on all-Kashima costs DOUBLE the cost of N8XE (XDDDD) And even despite the cost difference, I cannot get new Merida...

2024 Polygon N8XE - what an absolute STEAL!!!

Well, well, well! Here it is :) I truly think this bike is the best value for money ever. Did first 100km, defo need a longer dropper, but rest? Oh boy, how good it is! I am no pro but I had a chance the ride few EMTB and even my amateur ass can say that 38 + X2 and their six-bar suspension...

What did you buy your ebike this week?

Well me new Jam2 has not yet been delivered (should be here next week) and I already bought new stem, headset, grips and Muc-Off tubeless valves. Next planned investment will be full suspension replacement but that'll probably happen by the end of the year or so, when I know if replacement is...

    2023 Focus Jam2 6.7 - upgrades ?

So, I finally pulled a trigger and got my first EMTB. After my last ride in mountains I really liked the Jam2 6.7 and I got a chance to buy new one in a stellar price. Now, after my initial ride I know I want to upgrade few things: stem seatpost (and shittone of other things as soon as they...

    Marin Alpine Trail E2 - "de-mullet"???

    Marin Alpine Trail E2 - "de-mullet"???

Hey guys! I'm thinking about buying Marin Alpine Trail E2, since it kinda seems like a bang for the buck. Even though 27,5 is fine for me, the 2,8 (?!) width of the tyre is 100% overkill for my local trails. Since my current analog bike is 29 both ends, which I really like, I was thinking...
