I lucked out and found a seller on eBay selling all the bearings as a set awhile back. They are the Enduro Max bearings. I have them ready for when the time comes to replace them.
I was looking at the 2023-24 RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate Coil Shock, however there are different compression tunes. Anyone know or have this shock recommend which is best suited for a 2023 Reign E?
Available tunes: H, L, L1, LC, M
I charged mine yesterday with the battery on the bike and did not encounter any charging issues. This is after the latest update. I have the 2023 Reign E. Sorry you are having issues, hopefully it gets sorted out for you.
I forgot to mention that I also cleaned the battery contacts with the electrical cleaner and let it dry completely before installing it back onto the bike. For dielectric grease I used a very light coat using a qtip to apply it to the battery pins you show in your pic.
Ok , thanks.
I have used a thin layer of Super Lube dielectric grease on the plugs to the motor and battery contacts. I have cleaned the battery contact points with electrical cleaner and have not had issues since. Hopefully it helps you, like it did for me.
Did the dealer specify where to apply the grease? Searched for Velox grease and it seems to be not be available here in the U.S. . I wonder what the differences are from other dielectric grease?
For anyone that has changed out the rear shock for a Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate, do you know which shock tune is correct for the 2023 Reign E+? There 5 different options listed according to Rockshox.

My bike is still going strong without further L2 red lights after cleaning the battery contact points, as mentioned above. I've pushed the bike on turbo and all other modes.
Have you tried applying dielectric grease to the pins? So far I have not had any further re-occurences. There has been an update since I had the issue, which could have possibly resolved the problem.
Mine is the 2023 Zeb Ultimate 170mm on my non ebike that I had an issue with and corrected. Zeb Select on my Giant Reign E+ ebike is showing correct travel as well. Additionally when it was having an issue now showing full travel, I did notice the fork was very stiff, even with lowering the psi...
I had the same issue after I completed a lower leg service and came across the following possible solution which resolved the issue.
Remove pressure from the fork.
Cycle the fork every 10 psi down to equalize the chambers. Pressed release valves after cycling.
When it was at 0psi I pressed...
