Yes for the lower bb area.
For the head tube side I have not done this. I would use a rockshox cable joiner and link the old one to the new one then pull it through or tape the new outer to the old one.
Yep that is exactly the issue.
It’s a rubbish design.
If it goes again I am going to change it for the other version. That type does not have the lug that goes into the stem so you can run a standard stem. Then if the bars take a knock they should turn and not twist and snap that part
Update - new Spin block has finally arrived at the dealer. I had to keep chasing Orbea all the time and they took 2 weeks to send out the part from Spain!?
The new part is still plastic like the old one.
I am still wondering about this design through. It has a solid stop which restricts the...
Quick one to say that the 625 battery on my sons 2023 M10 Wild is giving is similar range to my 2022 Levo with the 700 battery.
e.g. yesterday using just Turbo I had 39% remaining after an 18 mile ride. He had 41% left, also using Turbo for the entire ride. Pretty impressive bike to be fair. ...
That makes sense to make it in alu as this design is daft. Also if you have an off and the handlebars take a knock, I think it will twist and break it?
I have a 2023 Wild and the collector spinblock has broken in half. - (the part that sits directly underneath the stem). It is made of plastic and has a really thin section where the cables run through.
Orbea are sending new parts under warranty to the local shop to fix it. Anyone else had issues...
2023 Orbea Ride with Bosch CX Smart system
The mini remote keeps not working - like it looses connection with the bike.
Remote Battery is new.
You have to use the frame switch to do anything and then the remote works for a bit and then stops again
Bike is brand new 2023 model.
Any ideas what...
I keep getting this error on my Levo:
The battery connector may be rattling, dirty, not properly engaged or seated.
If you have powerful lights installed on the bike, they may be drawing too much current. Check the light and its visible part of the cable for any obvious damage.
Alternatively...
Good into thanks!
Bike is in the shop having a software update and the TCU has been found faulty - it won’t take the update. New one has been sent by spec.
I don’t think that was causing the fault, but have to eliminate that first:
It does seem like the sensor/motor might be on the way out.
I’ve been thinking about how my motor is behaving a bit more.
I would describe is like the motor is randomly cutting out and it also has uncontrolled overrun. It’s like the torque sensor has failed and you feel this uncontrolled, random power surge. If it were a car it would be as if the...
Oh no really? Seems so strange that it was fine on the last ride and then it does this. Do they suddenly fail in this way? I literally noticed it as soon as I got on the bike.
Funnily enough, my friend also has the same bike and his has being doing a similar thing for a few weeks, but not as...
Had my bike for 3 months and it’s been riding so well. Power delivery in all modes very smooth and matching rider input. Just so good!!
This evenings ride was a completely different story. The motor kept feeling like it was randomly cutting out. Then on other occasions it would surge in power...
