The part as some kind of clip, and it might show some wear...
Just added the photos from @Tieff
It would be great to have some feedback.
It might help others in the future
Yeah! You can buy it.
But have you disassemble it from the bracket?
There are 6 bolts in total, and you need to disassemble the entire bracket.
Then torque them (no need for torque wrench. Just use force, and your judgement)
Clean everything (battery side and plug at the bracket).
If you...
I
I bet on the connector coming loose again
Yes the connector has some play (small play!) and it's not firmly connected to the upper bracket.
I would put hands on the bike and start removing the upper bracket and using Strong Threadlock + torque all bolts
For sure is the connector or the cables that are damaged.
Either way, you need to remove the upper bracket, and check the connectors (bracket-battery + cable-bracket).
Remove any dust or dirt.
2nd
and because you have 2 batteries, check the latch on each, with them installed. Check if the...
So you performed the locktite mod on the upper bracket, and still having power cuts?
You did this?

Yes. Guincho and you can also see Cascais on the picture, but from here you can see up to Lisbon (Cristo Rei, 25th April bridge, and so on), and even check Cabo Espichel on the south part of rio Tejo.
It's a magnificant view at ±490m height
So today I tried a Fox DHX factory, with a 500lbs spring (91kg... unfortenatly!), that bought before Summer, but only assembled yesterday (yes.... it's stupid!)
Shock setup ± like the FloatX (25% sag, rebound ± on the same, and compression on the middle).
Bike suprised me, on how it had so...
The batteries and motors can be mixed between each other (new and older Smartsystem).
Even 400Wh battery can be used (althought it uses a connector at 90° compared with other powertubes).
More than welcome.
If possible, at least 3 days, so that you can have a load of Sintra Trails, and perhaps Lousã...
When the snow starts to fall, think about it 😉
Will older CX4, from 2023 be compatible with new batteries?
Or even 400Wh battery from SX motor for that means
I'm not talking about physical need to adapt the battery. I'm only focus on electric/electronic compatability once pluged in.
Would love to know negative torque (also called Drag), once you overcome the (stupid) 25km/h speed limit.
Previous and present gen if possible!
PS: Now that you've been spoiled by DJI, will this motor cut the moustard?
Sure, I wasn't counting for transfers or bike transport...
But you won't lose ½ day if you take an early flight and rent a bike over here, without any delays, it should be possible to ride (a little) before lunch time 😉... just saying
It's less than 2hours from Zürich airport 😉
Best time to ride bikes - around 24-25°C, sun, blue sky, and the best Sunset of the year!
Trails in full grip mode (it seems we're using new supertacky tires on each run!), after being sprinkled with first rains (without poodles or mud). Trails...
Nothing like a ride before dinner time!
Hope Volspeed makes available a desrestricted device to remove the 25km/h, SOON!
Hate thr 25km/h cut... on some shallow DH, is just like pedalling with an ancor!
Why give adjustment geometry/progression, when the difference is negligible?
It would be nice to have CS length adjustment, and allow 27.5 and 29 at the rear
All these years explaining that FSR was superior to VPP, and finally SC gave up!
Although it's a FSR, SC did well, and the bike looks really nice, ane hope they maintain their (great) pivot hardware, and finish of the frames and links.
FSR, Bosch, it will be interesting seeing Specialized Levo G4
