I'm pretty sure you need the SB001 +43mm (PM-PM+43) galfer adapter if you want to fit 223mm on the back or if you plan to use 203mm on the back you need the SB004 (+23 mm) adapter.

You could try recharging the TCU top tube display. There is a charge port under a rubber cover on the underside of the TCU. Could be that you have an issue with TCU holding charge

According to Canyon staff member that I spoke to this week, Canyon are committed to Shimano motors for foreseeable future. Presume that means the 2020 Spectral:ON's (and possibly others) will have Shimano motors and not Bosch as has been speculated elsewhere.
