Black Friday Deals? Most Comfortable E-MTB for trail usage - Bosh gen 4

If you think about comfort, consider that a 29 front and rear with 140 mm travel may feel more comfortable than a 160 mm with 27,5.

Black Friday Deals? Most Comfortable E-MTB for trail usage - Bosh gen 4

If I had elbow and shoulder pain, I’d be looking for a bike as light as possible, not one expensive “super light”, but one with a smaller frame and battery, carbon and maybe less suspension travel.

What did you do to your EBike this week?

No way would I return, its a DH path … ride through or stumble through it 😅. Its actually an 11 speed that I’m going to install because its cheap, light and shifts faster and precisely like a cable actuated will never do.

Overrun will make you a faster rider, but will it make you a better one?

^^ This! Overrun only makes sense to me if it can be shut down by backpedaling, since this is the technique I use to shift without banging the drive train.

What did you do to your EBike this week?

I have done it on my 2018 spectralon and it works very well, now I am trying to do the same on the cube, which is bosch powered, but that is way more complicated, there is a "y" cable that was supposed to supply the di2 with energy from the bosch battery but I could not find out how it works...

Who's got the highest mile bike & motor?

Amazing to see how that purion survived for so long!!! it was the firs part that I upgraded on my cube, because I was afraid it could be destroyed very easily on a crash.

    Replacement Bosch motor

I am not sure, it would not make a difference to me because, since I live in Brazil, the costs of sending it back to warranty would not worth it. The original motor that came on the cube bike, witch I have bought on a trip to England ( 25 kh/h max) in 2022, has 5.000 km and is working fine, the...

How long does your chain last?

Cheap fake shimano from aliexpress, change when wears to 0,75, that means 4-5 times a year. Less than 1.000 km average on a chain.

Moab Utah USA: Local BLM requests comments about a proposal for Allowing E-bike Use

I have been there in 2011, eight years before I got my first emtb, loved the place and rode a few of the most famius trails, including the whole enchillada. I was riding a santa cruz nomad and met two guys from Colorado riding stumpjumpers, they where on their third try to do that ride because...
