375 'watts' (presumably you mean watt/hours) is just under 32Ah at 12VDC, you'll lose a bit as no system is 100% efficient so I'd estimate you'll use about 40Ah from your car battery so roughly half it's capacity.

You mention the weight of the Orbea being an issue but it's 3kg lighter than the Levo?

Good point, I suspect the top seating surface on the OP's stem is flat and parallel to the bottom (why would it not be?) but is recessed which is why the top cap is wedge shaped, to fill the recess neatly. If a spacer won't fit in the recess then, obviously, you can't flip the stem as it won't...

The top flange on a top cap is usually flat not wedge shaped, I'm guessing it is that shape because of the shape of the top of the stem, I assume the thick side faces forward? If so the flat mating surface on top is recessed and you'll need a suitable spacer (not one of the wide ones) underneath...

Thanks for the reply. I sold my 520 and kept the 820 for the acoustic bikes. The 830's bigger display is nice to have too so I'm happy with the current setup. Just gotta do some miles now. :oops:

I'm away for a month and doing a lot of road riding so thinking of getting a pair of slicks or gravel tyres for the Urrun. The only issue is the 29mm internal wheels which Orbea say a min 47mm tyre is recommended. I think I'd be ok to go a bit smaller but suspect 40-622 might be a step to far...

My Orbea Urrun is supposed to weigh 20kg, it feels a lot heavier than my main analogue bike but that is an old Orange G3 with some light bits and weighs 13kg on 26" wheels. The other major difference is the physical size of the thing, 29" wheels and a frame that feels huge compared to the light...

The Shimano motor in my Orbea Urrun doesn't rattle. I haven't had it long enough to comment on reliability but it rides beautifully. WRT frame materials, I'd stick with aluminium, the weight saving from a carbon frame is pretty irrelevant on an eMTB and alloy will save you a few quid.
