I had exactly the same error on my Heckler, took to LBS and new warranty motor supplied and fitted in 1 week.

2021 MX CC S build up Mount Keen (Scottish Munro). Upgraded levers to code RSC and fitted Cushcore Now waiting for the Heckler 9's to arrive in the UK...

I was told 2 weeks ago that the UK deliveries are delayed to around late April/May due to shipping issues out of the US. I know from work that there are terrible shipping delays in and out of the US just now on all items.
