i'm on my second heckler 9,both are the same. not only does it look shit and doesnt fit correctly but it also lets in loads of dirt.

i love mine,run 170 travel 38's .never had any electrical issues in 2000 miles of use.

If a new ebike is coming from s/c i would imagine its a new bullit,not a heckler.

charge port cover hasn't changed so will be the same on any colour. it seems a bit sketchy but I've never had a problem with the two i own but if the weather is wet here in the uk i put a small piece of tape over it to be sure it doesn't come lose.

correct, pewter is the latest colour so will have t type vs gx axs on the avocado, I've got a current red and i had an avocado and the battery cover fitment is shit on both compared to a friends bullet. however,dont let that put you off what is a brilliant bike.

anybody know where you can get a spare battery in the uk?

just can't see a new one on the horizon yet. the current model has only been out for 2 years and for the first 6 months of that europe had little or no stock. however i think we'll see a different motor than shimano and i can see s/c using the sram unit.would like to see the new one come with...

surely the bullet is up for replacement first? i think 2025 is more likely

yeah,i spotted that too. my guess is an electric 5010 as there's already an e bronson(heckler)and e nomad(bullet) the choice of motor is interesting,if its not shimano then half the s/c line up of ebikes will not be running shimano and may point to a change in long term motor strategy...

this is the other part of the heckler that irritates me. worried that i might accidently knock it open with my foot without realising, i put a small piece of tape over mine while I'm riding it. not sure if it is replaceable but would definitely be interested in buying a spare if they were.

yep mine feels constantly on the brink of being stuck. its a shit design and a stupid place to put it.
