Im running a Rockshox Monarch Rc3 from a 2016 trek slash, it’s 210x60 with no offset bushings as the i2i hasn’t changed, just the extra 5mm stroke. This is on a Medium H frame. The X2 won’t work on any size frame as far as I know as the air cam is too large and hits the top tube.
I didn’t have any issues with either pairs of E13 cranks on our M20 or H30, but I did replace mine on the H30 with shimano EM900 as they became available
The shock pivots upwards, shouldn’t be an issue. Fidlock also make a tilted base, or you could put a washer under your lower mount to tilt it yourself.
I have both the enduro wide and the trail wide setup for our Rises, have had zero issues with the lighter trail wide, and found them to be a perfect match for the wife’s M20
Personally I would go for a pike/lyrik and a super deluxe rather than the fox stuff, only due to the poor QA that most of my fox gear has had ( numerous warranty issues with rear shocks)
Very similar to what I run my Rise H, zeb 160mm, custom dhx rc4 with offset bushings and Hx1501 wheelset. Done a few days at bikeparks on it and it feels pretty amazing, weight is at 20.1kg
I have tried various coil shocks on my medium rise and the wife’s (H30 and a M20) and the only ones that worked were those that could take a fox sls spring as it’s a few mm smaller in diameter. I have used a DHX rc4 shortened to 210x58 and also a DHX Rc4 at 216x63 with 2x 2mm offset bushes (both...
I found that I was over tightening the preload key for the top link and this was causing my creak. I’ve since eased it off and now have a silent bike.
on a separate note e13 are having a25% off sale direct on their website for anyone who needs chainrings.
