both times been taken out by flying debris, sticks and rocks , ripped it loose and stripped the strangely part threaded bolt which is not sold separately! British forest trails are fun ! Lol
Has anyone got a chain guide to fit and be better than the OEM part ? they are a bit flimsy and I have destroyed another and on back order
Surely something better looking and more robust is out there !
It’s mainly a current speedo I really want but wanted colour display but not mounted on the bike , what would you all suggest is best ??
I will upgrade to the new TCU at some point when they become available to existing owners !
I meant more for the displays , speed, cadence, remaining charge, etc
Controlling I would stop as I would need to use my hands the same as when it’s on the bike or on my wrist
Horses for courses I suppose
I wish Spesh would make a wearable watch version of the display , the e connect or the new full colour TCU version
I would like to control from my wrist , it would be simple surely .
I got the bash guard from Pedalhounds , they supply it with a slightly longer bolt has a Velcro pad and you can also zip tie the rear on the rear motor mounts
It’s available in a number of finishes and made of stainless steel
About £60 , I’m very pleased with mine fitted to a 2019 Levo
I have a bike bag for this reason !
take wheels off put them in bag take them to room ! leave wheels in room then return with bag and carry the frame to the room
Easy and no one ever knows ?
As a 2019 Comp Carbon owner , pleased that the motor and battery fit is still compatible, means one day when I’m out of warranty and will have to buy either or both they should be available for years to come yet ?
So I’ll keep upgrading bits as things wear out and the plan that I will keep the...
I fitted Hopes to my Levo on Oct and ride it in shitty conditions , clean down after every ride . But last week realised the jockeys were near solid ! Took out and removed the covers , loads of mud gets in , cleaned , greased and put back on .
LBS said they are a bit known to do this if you ride...
In October had a failure after 3000 + miles , local bike shop Melksham , Wiltshire requested new motor on the Friday , arrived and fitted on the Wednesday . Fantastic service ?
I ran mine to 2500 miles then changed chain and cassette, cassette was £80 chain was £35 , so I think if I do that yearly / or every 18 months that’s ok a price , rather than messing with it !
Had new motor fitted , odometer is now zero can you reset the odometer so the total mileage of the bike is correct? or should I keep it as miles on that specific motor ?
I just changed chain , cassette and got a Praxis 34 front , original drive lasted around just shy of 2000 miles
So replaced with the same cassette £80 ,chain £35 , front £40
Can’t think that was too bad value for money
Mine has started making a strange cable type tapping noise like you are describing when under load climbing .
ive just had a new drivetrain swop and it’s still doing it !
still looking for the source in the meantime I just turn the music up higher ?
Big thank you to my local LBS
outstanding service as normal Dave & James at Melksham Cycle Centre
