I’m 6’6” and sadly 270 right now because I haven’t been riding much the last 18 months. I’m on a S6 Levo. I think I over compensated for a lifetime of too short of reach. The reach is a bit too long for me by I’m making it work. First bike I’ve ever ridden a 35mm stem and saddle not slammed all...
Ok circling back to this topic. I finally had a chance to get back to working on my bike. Those who suggested B tension were Correct. I 3d printed a copy of the sram tool and my b tension was way off with the new chain. A quick ride showed no skipping after the adjustment.
Thank you for your help.
I haven’t had a chance to circle back and check the B tension.
Reading through all the posts and suggestions I’m realizing maybe the best course of action into keep buying “cheap” slx cassettes and just ride the drivetrain into the ground. My mtb needs to be less maintenance than my dirtbike...
My chain just got to .5 On my Park go no go checker. I’ve been watching in closely for the last month or so. I put a new chain and rear pads on today. When I headed out to bed in the new pads the new chain is slipping under load on the upper 4 cogs of the cassette. Looks like I’ll ride the old...
While it may not exactly fit what you are looking for a size 6 Levo with a long shock cascade link might work. I’m 6-6 and my s6 is on the verge of too long. I find the real problem as a tall rider are bikes that are too low. I’m running 75mm russets and wish I had more stack height still. By...

Hi, Brian!
Thanks for being a Mission Control app user.
On March 27th, Mission Control will be replaced by the new Specialized app and will no longer be available. This means it’s time to start using the Specialized app to...
22 Levo Firmware question. Mission control is telling me there is a firmware update that is a shop install. It won’t tell me what my current version is or what the updated version is. I have no idea how long this firmware has been out. I usually use BLEvo. I did get the updated battery firmware...
I’m running MT5s with the individual pads like MT7 and TRP 2.3mm rotors. The thicker rotor moves the bite point out a bit and really improved the engagement point feel.
What’s the current state of Apple Watch functionality? I know there have be e been issues in the past.
My Ant+ wrist hrm is intermittently giving low readings multiple time per ride and maybe it’s done for. Sadly there are not a lot of ANT+ options anymore that can also tell time. Thinking a...
Keep in mind the Fox coils have had issues with yoke bikes and Fox has stated several time there will be no warranty support is used on a Levo. The problem could be made worse with a longer stroke shock.
Personally I’d be going with one of the new super delux coils with the hydraulic bottom...
I went to remove my battery for the first time today so it could charge while I tinker on the bike.
I can’t get the battery all the way out. Something seems to be catching the top end of the battery as it gets to the bottle cage area. I removed the cage bolts no change. Before I take the brute...
Maybe but I have a feeling it is a market preference and cost/profit decision. Air is easy and infinitely adjustable to a wide spectrum of riders vs stocking 8 spring rates and explaining to customers they they need to pay for (an extremely over inflated) new spring that still might not be the...
An air spring by nature is progressive and a coil is linear. Linkage design can help with progression. I’m a heavy lad as well 118kg and I much prefer the over all feel of a coil setup and near complete lack of required maintenance.
With their linear nature you get more early and mid travel...
