A friend made me a cover for the battery connections for when the bike is on a bike rack and the battery is in the car. Maybe you could offer that for different bikes if they need it.
The wheel on my bike (Rockrider EST-520) says the tyre pressure should be 1.6 bars - just under 23 psi. Now, when I do that, it feels to soft. So, I have it about 2 bars (28 psi) and it feels OK. But is that too much for my tyres/wheels?

I found the official document quite sparse and hard to read, so I've created my own and included all the error codes I could find. Feel free to download and share it.

Larger battery - probably not. I've never yet run out of battery before I've run out of puff.
Gears - the ratios are the same (11-42) just spread over 10 gears, not 9.
Suspension - possibly. The 520's isn't the best in the world. But is the 900's that much better?
For now, I've adjusted mine a...
I have an EST-520 which is, to be honest, ones size too big. I'm looking at getting an upgrade (downgrade?) to a Small from a Medium.
The EST-520's are out of stock, but I can get an EST-900 - which is £300 more. But is it worth it for different suspension, an extra gear, a larger battery and...
I also have a weak lower back. Riding is no issue, but putting the bike on and off the bike rack has caused me grief about 3 times now. Once I was laid up in bed for a week - other times, not as bad, but not good.
And yes, I remove the battery first. Now, I get my wife to assist.
We have 2 x EST-520's. So far, my display has frozen once (a switch off and on cured it) and I've had one puncture. Norma's bike has a creak from the motor. That's about it in 1 year of ownership and 500 miles each of riding.
The trick is to get the pedals correct (the inner one has the pedal nearest the car near the top) and to put the bikes on opposite way around. I also remove the batteries from the bike which makes them lighter and allows the centre mount to go through the inner bike and reach the outer one.
