I ordered a few things from them and one wasn't in stock but they phoned me straight away to find out if I was happy to wait or whether I wanted to cancel that item?
Every other time no problem with stock or delivery.
I guess if you ask around they'll be a few horror stories about any online shop.

It's a bit strange how there are a number of shops with stock selling 750wh powertube batteries on their own but Bosch can't seem to find enough to put them in bikes.
My bike shop said they hadn’t heard anything about cancelling 160’s until 2023 so were still looking at May/June 2022 delivery. I think we all know that can change though😕.

It’s really weird isn’t it. Every bike I’ve ever had…I’ve looked for it, found it in stock, bought it. This waiting game is a whole new thing for me. I wonder if it’s ever going to get back to ‘the good old days’ where you can just find the one you want in stock?
A years delay is ridiculous. It's like the bike shop had no communication at all with the factory when they gave you the original date and took your deposit. I know its been completely out of their hands since then, but it's like they didn't warn you in case you cancelled the order. Saying that...
