New E160 RSX - anything to look out for

Mine rocked up just before I went on a ride yesterday so have been messing around with it this afternoon fitting pedals etc (thanks for the tip on medium race face boots) Obviously the suspension needs fine tuning but took it on a short spin around a couple local lanes to bed in the brakes ( I...

    Saddle

Everyone's backside is different of course (bones before you ask); Belair has always served me well

    Rear disc below 1.5mm minimum.

I rarely wash my bike; measuring rotor thickness. I'm not trying to be funny here but this is a little over the top

Did you mould the Kydex ? Was thinking you could keep applying heat mould a little, keep repeating and then trim off excess. Would have to hold in place with velcro if you wanted easy battery access though

New E160 RSX - anything to look out for

Thinking I'm pulling the trigger on one. Just dropped by another 400 and ticks too many boxes for me to ignore. The only downside is perhaps a bit of weight but I'm not hike-a-bike'ing it and that weight can be a positive as well

    New bike time: £4-5k budget

I'm currently debating the same thing. Been biking for years and my current bike is a YT Capra. So I'm looking for something just as a capable but can carry my old legs further and higher. I'm leaning very much to the Whyte E-160; just need to decide which spec. S is a definite consideration...

    Drivetrain cleaning

Rock n Roll is my go to after trying all sorts over the years Used to like Squirt in the Summer if it was dry but I just stick to RnR Extreme all year now.
