I do the same as this mate insure it on my home insurance as a named item they pay out the cost to replace it new, has to be secured to a ground anchor though with a lock which I had done already in the shed tbh, but gives piece of mind if stolen or damaged … this through Sheila’s wheels home...

thanks jdub I think the first mistake I made was starting in turbo, I’m going to try and start in a lower power mode at the start of my ride and then work into emtb mode maybe try saving turbo for the steep tech climbs
Thanks guys I didn’t realise that the cadence mattered more than the mode,it’s definitely a learning curve moving to ebikes very different to what I expected but I must say they are awesome I was super surprised and impressed by how they jump, it seems to be more balanced and stable in the air...
So went out for my first ever ebike ride omg it’s amazing!!! Big problem though I’m addicted to turbo mode !!! Should I try and restrain myself and stick more with emtb or tour mode when on the fire roads linking the trails or does it not really matter , I’m 160lbs in riding gear with a 625...
Nice one mate I’ve read a few ppl think the code r’s lack power on the ebikes but surely with 220mm rotors they should be decent ? Mine are still bedding yet but I’ve guide re brakes on my standard mountain bike and they seem great 👍
