    Update: The Shimano CR-EM800 chainring/spider is compatible with Orbea chain guide. Pic taken from below, chain guide spaced out with washers for the 55mm chainline.

    I bought a replacement chainring for my Rise. I went for the CR-EM800 32T. I've just tried to install it and realised I need a new compatible locking nut (Y7k79801t) and the new tool (Y70898030) for the nut :( What a palaver.

    I recently found out there's a B-screw alignment line on the back of Shimano 12 speed mechs for 51T (excuse the filth).

    My cutout feels the same. The motor isn't as noisy - and the new frame has zero creaks so that's a bonus:) Great bikes (y)

    Under warranty I went from an EP8-RS to an EP801-RS on a Rise H30 (I received a new frame and full gen2 setup). My initial impressions (which could be just my imagination) was that the EP801 felt quite different from the EP8. More overrun in Trail setting More torque at low cadence Less power...
