Hi Derek,
Thanks for your reply. I heard from Ivan at Eplus and it is as I was afraid of from reading how the info was presented on their website. No Bosch assist level tuning beyond setting a max speed for each mode but not being able to change the default torque value.
So, I checked about the...
Eplus doesn't by any chance allow you to customize your assist levels on Bosch Gen 3 motors ? I am fine with my StUlocker on my E8000 but the eco and tour modes are usually too easy on my ActiveLinePlus Bosch motor. Thanks in advance.
That is why I am looking at getting one.
You can do the same thing with Mission Control app on the Specialized Brose motors, and out on the trail but come on now $. I have not found an app to do it on any new Bosch motors which is kinda lame. (Esp since many years ago Bosch had an incredible app...
Like I said, I can't find anything like that for my Bosch active line plus Motor. :( Not to mention that they don't even have the ability to set low/med/high in the modes (eco, tour ,sport and boost.) I would not have bought the bike if I had known that. I am not a robot, lol. Do you know of...
Hi, I know you have heard of StUnlocker custom support % at each mode level as if someone has the physiology of like.... a human being. For instance: Shimano Steps E8000 has low/med/high (33%/66%/100%) at each level of eco/trail/boost. With steps unlocker I set to what I want 10% at eco/ 20% at...
Don't know how all this turned out but just thought I would add I have the Shimano not rotor mounted unit with my E8000 system: SM-DUE10
From an engineering perspective, i think it is a bad design to mount anything on a hot ass rotor unless it is screwed on/in iow metal mounted.
One could have...
Hah, well not hah at all, but Shim learned that from Google. Google bricks your phone now with the latest OS if you try and downgrade it to a stable version. (if buggy and crappy like they often are..and everyone used to root their phones and go back to previous O.S.) It is f*&king stupid it is...
No I don't, Luna was supposed to send me some info. I was thinking just a standard shim cassette or search on e-bike nine speed cassettes or something. Then use the kmc x9.93 or the X9-e ($$$ yikes). Yea man used to use those Wipperman Connex quick links for years, as well as the chains I had...
A guy with allot of experience at Luna told me go back to 9-speed and get a 9-speed e-bike specific chain or something like the x10 at least. 12-speed's are the thinnest and weakest and breaking e-bike chains in 12speeds systems are common. My latest e-bike comes with a 10-speed but I am going...
