I think the new Elite models are in a category of their own. Transition/Orbea/Specialized and Trek, light e-bikes have their niche, but I’d need two e-bikes to suit me. The Elite and the range extender should give me two bikes in one.
They’ve had removable 800wh batteries, 250wh range extenders for a couple years. And full suspension eMTBs at super low prices for longer. This new Trance Elite is in a niche no one is doing.
This will be a great bike for my riding. I do a lot of “power hour” rides before/after work. Then longer trail rides a handful of times a month. With fast motor tuning and option for 200wh range extender (or even two) this will do what I want out of a bike.

The Dyname 4 uses three magnets on the rear wheel speed sensor. If a rider lost one magnet, wouldn’t that take the speed limit up 33.333% from the 20mph Class 1 limit?

Any derestriction devices for Dyname 4 yet? So I can ride my private road stretches to my private SingleTrack on my private acreage. Just bumping up to 25mph along my private roads, which is the only place I’d ever ride a derestricted eMTB, would sure beat 20mph within my gated private trail...

If your local dealer truly does not have the info, then they most likely won't be getting any of the new PowerPlay when they are released. Shops had to pre-book these bikes many months ago, and Rocky is most likely sold out already. It'll be worth waiting two more days to see the new 2022...
One of my staff "mulletted" his Bronson, so I did the same to my Heckler. Definitely like it better. The trend will likely take hold. Good looking Heckler!
