Hi, I’m 5,11 and 85kg. I have a 2021 trance in large and a 2022 trance advanced in medium. My experience is that both bikes fit, however, I’ve had to do a lot of adjustments to the large to get it just right, changing bars, dropping stem, etc, whereas the medium was pretty much ok straight off...
I gave the heads up to another member who spoke to them but they didn't want to ship. Im in Kent if that's any use to you, can always pick one up and sort the shipping out between us if it helps
I've just bought one last week and when its fitted to my trance the cable is not tight at all. There is also a velcro strap to secure the cable to the frame to stop it moving around which I can't see fitted on the pictures above, so is that an addition ??
I use tape on the outside of the hole and also the battery latch as if found these areas are good for crud and dust ingress, also you get the odd drip inside after washing. Cheap and easy fix, which is a rare thing in this game 😉
I thought that were the same because of the compatibility on the 2022 reigns. But tbh I’ve not seen one in the flesh. I was considering one for my trance.
I’d rather be labelled a cheat than have to put my bike back in the car coz I’m knackered after an hour. I just tap the frame and shout EEPOWAHH as I’m going round for the 4th lap of the day. I also find that if you shout “My other bike is a Tesla “ the response is normally quite fruity 😝💪
If your really sensitive on shifting then my suggestion would be sram axs. Exact and precise shifting every time the electronic way. I fitted the gx system to my trance, Easy set up and instant smooth changing, plus a clean cockpit and it’s dam cool 😎

Mmm, that sucks, could you upgrade the battery at the dealer and pay the difference maybe if you decide on the Trek ?
If not id always take a bigger battery option especially considering the Kgs your pushing, more assist available for longer.
other components can be upgraded further down the...
Hi, both bikes are great but also very similar if we’re talking 2022 models. The Trek in uk spec also has the 625wh battery??
Your biggest difference is going to be motors, Bosch or Yamaha, probably best advice is if both bikes are available is to go and test them to see which one rides best for...
