Bumped into a 72 year old at Hamsterly today riding a Levo, specced up as well great guy loving life.

I don’t think there is one only ones I’ve heard are all positive if you don’t want to deristrict bigger front cog for tarmac might be better as I agree mate don’t really need more in the woods personal preference we all like different set ups

Well all I can do is speak from my experience last week and I used my warranty through Lbs and had no problem whatsoever bikes all sorted now I did take ccrdaves advice and restore to factory prior to taking bike in

Yes for a about three rides then put it back to factory as didn’t really need it

Mines just had new motor fitted under warranty and I use BLEvo Z-Works and I briefly tried eGENESIS took a full diagnostic report on mine and sent it to specialized with the goosed motor and all good new motor fitted and not a word said

Mine always had power but it was delivered erratically and inconsistent and surging tried all the obvious stuff initially on the end the motor totally died

Strangely bike was spot on prior to motor and battery update don’t no if it’s coincidence but it never worked properly from leaving the shop after updates

On the first ride using BLEvo I did over clock but after the firmware update I put it back to factory and used BLEvo to record rides and stats

Got my bike back today new motor all fitted quick try outside the shop but difference was night and day for the better unbelievable smooth must say once Specialised were contacted they didn’t mess about top notch response obviously the warranty's are very good only speaking from my one...

A did for one or two rides prior to the firmware update ?

Am sure I will find out soon if it was to void the warranty as mines with Specialized at present with a diagnosis from Mission Control and I use the app in question every ride hvnt heard anything for a couple of days so fingers crossed ?
