Play in Rail 7 dropper post.

I have a dropper post from a Rail 5 or 7 installed on my Rail 9. My LBS swapped it as the OEM one in my new 9 was too long but I was led to believe at the time it was the same product, just shorter from a M frame. Rail battery fell out while riding!

Hi Doug, was the LBS tech pointing it out when he he took it for a test ride. Instead of a smooth power delivery there was a slight vibration under load. Hard to explain really? Was hoping for an answer from Bosch by now, was due back a week ago but Covid has locked us down again.

Cover is toast as well as some scratches on the aluminum power tube. LBS is checking the battery condition and arranging a new...

Gen 4 klunk when you start pedaling? if i am on a small cog and coast and then statrt pedaling

I have a new Rail 9 with the exact same issue. Only done 50km and its noticeable in any mode with the motor engaged. As in works normally when it's off. Advise from Bosch is run it in to 200km then they will look at it. Anyone been down this path and found a source/solution?
