My 2020 Levo Comp motor failed early November. The motor was replaced under warranty, the LBS wanted to charge me $180 to install the new motor and I hit the bloody roof! I bought the bike from this shop. They lowered the charge to $50 which I thought was fair.
if you can afford these high demand bikes, why expect a discount (believe me, I tried on a new model 2020).
Support your LBS, my purchase experience and follow up service has been outstanding (plug Trail Head, Cupertino CA).
I have TCU firmware 22.B.0 and like congerball the red LED when powering on is like a single blip and I always missed it???
I’ve also had zero, no negative effects thus far.
All so clean and tidy, one for each outfit for sure!
My black Tevo's are broke in and comfy on the feets. Discontinued I think because they don't wear out . . .

My 2020 Comp Alum delivered 9/9, 380 miles, 52,000 elevation gain to date . . . exceeding expectations, it's a climbing machine!

Riding mtb's 10 years. First e-mtb, amazing bike, every minute another smile to my face.
Picked up my new steed today, a Badass Black Levo Comp Alloy. Short inaugural ride, gallops up them hills without breaking a sweat!
Question, what are the best battery charging instructions for new and then existing batteries to get the best life?

Sounds like you've got a good, well connected LBS and tubeless setup!! I'm working with two major LBS chains here and both have problems trying to order...
