Why not go for the AXS upgrade kit and keep your twelve speed set up? I had Di2 on my merida and loved it but AXS can be had for decent money and works with the shimano 12 speed cassette.

Much easier to change than my Merida 900e was, I would highly recommend the oneup dropper with wolftooth remote (I've had one on my Hightower LT, Merida 900e and Specialized Enduro). My cube was running one for a while as well but I've now swapped to and AXS dropper because I like the cleaner look.
How many pawls does your current freehub body have? If it is 3 then DT Swiss produce a generic 3 pawl microspline kit which can be used with most wheels.
I run the gold KMC 11 EL, They seem to last around 500 miles in the Scottish winter. More importantly, when used with a black Sunrace cassette they look swag.
