Doesn’t matter when the made it , the 2020 model has a 4 year warranty! Mine was the 1st batch in the Uk and had 4 years ! I’d call spesh again and ask to speak to someone higher who can help 👍

You’re wrong , jumplines aren’t built for e-bikes . Small flowy jumplines that requires less than 15.9 mph are fine but bigger jumps that are spaced out more are a nightmare on e-bikes . It’s not that I can’t pedal after the cut off , it’s the sudden grab of the back feeling at the wrong moment...

I put 2 on my Scott voltage for a week in morzine, , rimpack insert on the back , 20psi in both and they did good enough to not worry about grip . The compound must be hard as they looked new after 👍 Edit they were the non foldable beaded version

What if you don’t bend it but it breaks ? IMO no battery or motor failure can be put down to a 2hr ride !

You gotta ask the borrower what they did when using and charging it , if it was the same as what you do then you can’t make them pay unless you get it in writing before hand if anything breaks you pay ! Edit if I borrowed a dodgy bike that broke I’d ask the lender for Compensation 🤪

I can’t comment on those but have been using these for nearly a decade and are as good as any , easy to service , cheaper and made in the Uk 👍
