Im struggling to to think why any of it would void the warranty. You only have to watch Robs videos with Berkshire Bikes. Specialized want the user to have more involvement with the bike on a maintenance level.
You should have done it yourself as it seems your LBS hasnt got a clue.
Had a visit to Berkshire bikes yesterday for new power cable (no faults but noticed mine was cracked), crud deflector revision, fix my swat tool holder, shorter crank arms and while it was there i thought id get them to change my dropper cable along with indexing my gears (few ghost shifts)...
I would have put a microfibre cloth or similar between and closed the clamp a little more to stop it falling out. I usually clamp the seat tube to be honest.
Many on here buy the base model and upgrade things. It is the most cost effective way if you arent bothered about the battery, carbon frame or colours specific to the higher end models.
