With the UK's weather having a constant grey/wet theme I'm considering a rainsuit such as the mt500 but it is a little pricey. Has anyone used one? Are there any alternatives?? Or with the way things are going maybe a full blown wetsuit would be better?!
Great aren't they, always put a grin on my face and always looking for something steep to ride up! Ouch on the tyre, must of been a long mile!
As for tyres I changed them on my 120 after a few weeks, they were not for me. Certainly didn't have much confidence in the rekon for my trails. Now on...
Got directed here from the live stream last night, not got an issue myself was just interested in thread as i'm e8000 system. I'd be devastated if I had to wait anymore than 2 weeks as it's my only bike. So warranty is 2 years on motor, if it gets replaced say after a year do you have a year...
Will shimano ever release a bigger external battery?? Or does anyone else have aftermarket ones that fit?? I don't have big hills and great single track on my doorstep, that's at least a 2.5 hour drive so I compensate by riding longer linking as many bridleways as I can and on a good run I can...
Most definitely yes and may I add balls!! Not done much jumping since i was about 16, so nearly 30 years ago now! I'd say there pretty big jumps, gaps etc at my local woods so I'm starting slow and building speed/confidence/height and most of all having fun. Only thing is I'm not at the stage...
Always wanted an e160 originally but availability was limited at my LBS, they had a 900e but couldn't stretch that far and I'm impatient and couldn't wait! Very happy with the bike, I just like to tinker!! And been messing about at a local jump park place and would like to do more of that.
Does anyone know if this is possible?? Was wondering if the e160 rocker would fit on my e120?? What about shock length, any e160 owners care to measure there's and let me know. Mine is 185/55.
Is there more to it then that?? How would geometry be affected? Lots of questions I know but there's a...
Another new e-wild user. So far so good, no problems with deflating, sealed 1st time. Got them in 2.6 width and changed from DHR front and rekon rear. So much more confidence in the back end now, they really dig in and only improve the faster you go. Not tested battery usage yet on a full ride...
I have shimano e8000 system on a merida e120 900e and covered just shy of 600km so far in a little over 2 months. My battery health is at 95%
So my Mrs bought herself a merida big tour9 300 with the e6000 system and we went for a ride, both of us mostly in eco, we did 23 miles with 600m of...
Looks very good to me, I'm similar weight to you and on steps system e8000 and on eco 90% and trail 10% I can manage 28 miles with 600m of climbing. Battery has less than 10% left.
Had my merida e120 about 7 weeks, 12 cycles, approx 600km and health at 95%. My riding thus far has been a 50/50 mix on/off with around 500m of ascent and on average 27 miles a ride, approx 1-10km left on battery, 95%eco, 5% trail. Cadence usually 80+
Should I have lost 5% already??
Nobby Nics, really, I cannot get on with them at all. Had them on a trance, rolled well but found grip was unpredictable so switched em out to high rollers. 1st ride with the recon rear in the mud yesterday, not to keen on that tbh. Will persist for a bit longer though, all good fun, just got a...
Give me chance mate, only had the bike a month ;) Saddle will be swapped soon, likely to a SDG bel air.
Forks have also had an upgrade to a 160mm air shaft.
