SOLVED There was a E13 screw loose on the motor but the main issue was the smallest cog on the cassette. I’ve purchased a new Shimano XT cassette and it now back to be smooth as silk. Thank you, for all your suggestion.

Yes I think you are correct Theolegit. On the Mission Control app the choice is Cadence, Power Meter or Heart Rate. However I can't get it to show with the Heart Rate data area, it uses the Power data area.
