I can see Cadence and Watt Power on the Garmin 510 by simply adding the sensors.
( Older Garmins don't have the Connect IQ feature... )
Specialized Turbo Levo Data Field

It would be great to view the Levo Battery life but I have to either swap it for the Cadence or Watt Power fields via the Mission Control app.

Is it possible to have all 3 data fields on at once ?

Yes I think you are correct Theolegit.
On the Mission Control app the choice is Cadence, Power Meter or Heart Rate.

However I can't get it to show with the Heart Rate data area, it uses the Power data area.

YES you can have all 3 data fields showing:

Levo Battery Life shows up using the Heart Rate field.
Cadence shows up using the Cadence field.
Rider Power shows up using the Power field.

Using the Mission Control app set the Fake Channel to Heart Rate and allow the Garmin to add the Sensor.

It wasn't working for me initially because I had my Garmin heart rate chest band hidden in the bottom of my bag therefore the sensor was picking that up not the Levo when I turned the bike on.
