    Super Deluxe Ultimate Thru Shaft

Give us a review when done. Interested to hear what you think. The delux has been pretty good for me but I'm still close to pulling the trigger on a coil. My total riding weight is 210 lbs and I'm running 208psi with lots of damping to get is as plush as possible. If I run higher psi it feels...

Trek Rail with Fox DHX2 coil

I was going to order the dhx2 as 230 x 65. Do I need to go with a longer spring? Is the rule of thumb max travel plus 8mm?

    Super Deluxe Ultimate Thru Shaft

I'm running it and it hasn't been bad. I'm about to maybe switch to a DHX2 coil to see what everyone is raving about.

Trek Rail with Fox DHX2 coil

I weigh 195lbs but with full kit probably 210ish. I'm thinking of getting a 67mm fox SLS 550 spring? Should I try and find a 525 instead or even a 500? Thoughts? I like the bike super plush. Don't want to buy the wrong spring. The 550 is in stock at a few places. Can't find a 525 anywhere in the...

Trek rail rear shock upgrade ideas please

Are those bolt numbers for Trek? I can find the first one but not the second? What stroke length spring did you end up going with and spring rate? I'm 200lbs and trying to figure out what spring to buy for a 2022 dhx2.

Trek Rail with Fox DHX2 coil

Is that 230x65? What length of spring did you end up getting? It looks like it takes up most of the available space. Do you mind sharing how much you weigh and what spring seems to work best?

    Rail spoke size is 280mm

I snapped two spokes on the rear rim last week and took the wheel to my local dealer. He sold me 2 spokes for 2 bucks each but said they are asymmetric. The nipples were still in place since they snapped close to the hub, so it was easy just to slide in the new spokes and tighten them up. The...

Trek rail rear shock upgrade ideas please

I'm 50/50 on whether to switch to X2 or DHX2. Not really sold on the coil and having to experiment with springs when they are $100+ each.

Trek Rail 9 2021 - replacement dropper post suggestions

The one up and bontrager are nice in that you can add a shim to limit the extension. So if you need 162mm you can buy the next dropper up (say 175mm) and shim it to exact fit. The reverb cannot be shimmed. I sold a reverb last year to get the one up. I've had no issues with one up or bontrager...

DIY CYC Kit Crushes Trek Rail!

My wife's luna 750W destroys my trek that has the Bosch gen4. The Bosch is smoother but power wise it's like comparing a V8 to a Honda civic. Bosch and Brose are rivals in minor league.

HUGE sizing mistake - Help is needed

I'm 178cm on a large. It fits perfect. 5' 10" is usually right in between sizes. I find large is always best for me.

I can't see how you guys have ebikes and aren't eating through cassettes and chains. Of course I shift under load! I beat the crap out of this bike through the roughest terrain at high speed. I ride with the fastest riders on 25 mile loops with no holding back. Browsing the other forums, I see...
