2 Clug pros to replace my standard clugs for bike storage in the garage. Pros have got Fidlock tethers on them.

My parents live on Churt Road between Churt and Headley. I used to ride up near The Sculpture Park just off Jumps Road but not on mtb trails (early 90s). More just going up to the top of the hill for shits and giggles and a ciggy. I do remember the slight descent from Jumps Road to Devils jumps...

Finally found some SRAM NX 12 speed chains and picked up 2, 1 for me and 1 for my brother in law.

@Davvee crashed on the blue or did you venture to the red? I hope you haven't hurt yourself again. When you were out with us you seemed fine with your riding in all honesty. I woke up this morning aching so didn't head out on my gravel bike in the end.

@steve_sordy I'll not be able to make it now. Been feeling off all week and might be ok on Sunday but I'd rather not be a potential hindrance on the day, it's not fair on everyone else, so whoever couldn't go due to numbers, another spare spot :)

I use a roof rack for my trek rail. Battery removed and front wheel also. I have some velcro straps and a roll of waterproof closed cell foam stuff that is 2mm thick. It won't keep everything out completely but nor will your bike when riding in wet conditions. Link to foam...

Spare SRAM NX cassette just ordered, trying to find an NX 12 speed chain to go with it but not even bikester or Mantel in Europe have them.

@The Hodge I'd agree with the red is more of a blue elsewhere. There might be a couple of red-ish bits here and there on it.

No "have to" doubles or large drops to worry about but you can't sleep walk it either. Much more fun than the Pines red route.

Should be good to go. Might pop to the emtb section on my gravel bike this weekend. If I can do it on that no one has any excuses on the day ?
