my battery range is superb which I wasn't expecting given my weight and how unfit I've become, but I do purposefully try to be sparing with it..love mine as you can probably tell, its just so hard to find the time to get out on it..work is sooooo busy at the moment
I find my brakes brutal,I've never owned a bike with this spec to compare in all fairness..ive only ever owned budget hardtails (£1000range)
Now that saddle is shocking, might aswell be metal ? bars feel okay to me considering my last one was the carbon joystick which were wide but flexy,didnt...
Brakes been great so far but it is very early days.im back to normal.at work which means I'm away from home quite a bit so mine overall should have a fairly east life compared to some..if this is a common issue an it happens ill probably switch them out
Picked mine up from store, comes with zero extras unless you buy them..online buying may be different, ill assume they'll send only what is needed to get your bike rideable....the bare minimum
You need to provide as much info about yourself and the type of riding you do..my single piece of advice would be go to the nearest local dealer with a good reputation.youve got a decent enough budget to get most branded bikes.ride as many as possible then decide or comeback here and ask opinions
I'm similar weight, and this has zero to do with your choice here in my opinion..i think I've said it a million times,i 100% prefer the 27.5,feels so much less like a boat, the extra travel is 20mm,maybe slight geometry but that means diddle squat to most of us..160 all day
I was in a very similar position only a month or so ago,the bosch gen 4 motor is superb In its 75nm form,i can only imagine its latest 85nm update is even better..rips my big ass uphill and covered 30 miles with lots to spare..13m turbo to 28miles eco remaining, very very impressive...good luck...
