    Fuel EXe Tq motor broken

That's a first for us! Not sure what information Roman has, but I would advise bringing this to your local retailer so they can have a claim submitted for both engineering teams at TQ and Trek can dive into this data formally.

Fuel EXe Color #CODE for the Trek Fuel EXe 9.8 XT yellow 2023 - color #code number?

We're actually working on touch-up paint with our paint supplier right now which is set to launch this year according to our service parts team! I can check to see if we have an alternative code, but it would probably be best to work with a local painter to mix a perfect match as Pantone codes...

Rail (625Wh) Trek rail zeb problem

Rockshox makes the Zeb in both a 1.8" and 1.5" steerer tube. You would want to return yours and purchase a 1.5" steerer size. https://www.sram.com/en/service/models/fs-zeb-ult-a1 Also, you'll love the Zeb once you ride it, such a planted fork on the trail especially coming off a 35.

Rail (625Wh) Trek RIB Battery Alignment Procedure - Updated

If this continues, I wonder if a wire is bad in the connection. It would be worth bringing this to your local dealer so they can inspect the wires and pull them apart if needed.

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

Your shop is correct, the Zeb isn't approved due to the AC length being 576mm, which is only 3mm over our max (160mm or 573mm axle-to-crown). Since this bike has no ISCG mounts, you won't see any bash guards unless they are newly developed. Currently, only e*Thirteen makes a chain guard (part...

    Rail (625Wh) Cracked Rail frames

Our team can still send you an alloy frame, there would just be a wait. Also, you would get a matching battery cover, we wouldn't want you to have mismatched parts - if for any reason one doesn't arrive with it, let your retailer know and they can have that sent out.

    Rail (625Wh) Cracked Rail frames

Definitely bring your Rail to your local Trek retailer if you see cracks here so we can evaluate the claim and record the data in addition to replacing this!

Trek Rail - Carbon Frame Crash Damage

It can't. Currently, it is just an option on the EXe into the TQ system. No word on cross-compatibility for Bosch.

Happy to hear you're enjoying your new Fuel EXe! Added some answers that I could speak to above in red.

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

None that I know of, this is the only one that mentions torque. The only others are crank arm and firmware related (which the firmware was the first one that should be addressed by all dealers before leaving the store).

That would not work, you would want a Park Tool BBT-22 or similar. The splines are different than cassette lockring. The BBT-22 is a bottom bracket tool for cartridge BBs.

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

Thanks for the tag, folks. Jujujuice and I have been in discussion as he is communicating with me through Instagram. We're unsure of the issue and I haven't been privy to any updates since our team in Australia is working with that dealer and also in communication with TQ. It does sound like...

Rail (750Wh) Rail 9.8XT first ride review

Hey Dave, have your brought your bike to your LBS yet to address the noise? If not, please do and have them submit a claim so our techs can log this. If the battery is snug, the clunk, like others said, could be the motor which is more or less common with Bosch in general. We can try to diagnose...

Trek Rail - Carbon Frame Crash Damage

It's hard to say what would have caused the damage, but I could see something jamming it and breaking away unexpectedly! Otherwise, the warranty team may be able to shed more light on it for you. Regarding the UDH, I don't see any conversations regarding the change to 25Nm for the UDH, most, if...

Rail (750Wh) Rail 9.8XT first ride review

You likely may still needed a slight tweak in the alignment for your plates, which we have part of it stickied to the thread. But the foam insulator is something we can certainly help with for those who need it. I'll share the feedback along though!

Dave, are you also running the updated alignment plates too?

Trek Rail - Carbon Frame Crash Damage

That's me! Glad we're connected over this one. We do evaluate all claims on a case-by-case basis. So claims may have different results if the information provided was different. If you said a stick caught the frame and the store acknowledged that, it would fall outside of warranty when it was...

Trek Rail - Carbon Frame Crash Damage

Sorry to hear about the issue your friend had with his bike. We do our best to help all of our customers in a fair manner and always look at the damage from the information we are provided. However unfortunate a rock strike can be, it wouldn't be something we could cover since it isn't damaged...

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

We've actually had a high number of these sold in your region - so if a few people are experiencing this, it is pretty low numbers. But this is something we're looking into with TQ since it is a new variable at play and we want to ensure it doesn't continue for bikes like yours. In any case...

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

Hey there, responded to your Reddit post and your DM to us on socials too - but just to cover my bases, I wanted to share here too! There is a service bulletin for a firmware update that TQ launched that I would recommend having your retailer check for which addressed an electromagnetic issue -...
