For a new motor they will file a warranty claim with Maddison UK which is the distributor for Shimano UK. You can take your bike to any Shimano dealer which will process a warranty claim Only time you need to get intouch with orbea is snapped frames

It’s Shimano you need to speak to not orbea

Even connecting to st Unlocker the ep8 motor logs all the data your warranty is void now. I know 2 people have just connected to the app both lost there warranty

sorry a type error you can download stunlocker on android/apple devices in the App Store They charge a small one off fee

I seen someone who owns a rise you are able to increase the power up to 85nm in the stunlocker app, Once the battery range extender come available in March it wont be a problem using the full 85nm.

Oh rite never new this It’s must be other brands which use 48v

also isn’t the Ep8rs motor capped at 60NM because it using a 36V system For the Ep8 motor to run at 85NM wouldn’t the system have to be using 48V Higher power motor surely needs Voltage ??

So are you saying in the stunlocker app we are able to change the power from 60NM to the 85NM I know what the E tube app is designed for and I know all about the stunlocker app which I will be using to change the speed from the 15.5mph to 20mph

Why do you need to use stunlocker to add more power in I thought Shimano E-TUBE apps let’s you change the torque in each mode it’s good to know stunlocker works on the Ep8 rs
