my shop has a spare motor and a bag of power leads under the counter but not many would hold a frame too many variants. Certainly spare frames back at Specialized office.

not a great deal of water ingress in Australia , dust yes , too much grinding not enough spinning is what were getting told, 4 motors down , still love my Levo and Specialized 's rider support here ...outstanding !
there has been a cable issue as well as motor , some dealers have a bag of the new cables , some dealers have spare motors ready to go. Specialized are on to these issues and they give the best customer service in the industry .
mine was the dropper cable as it passes the TCU and down the top tube ,carbon frame always picks up more noise . Slipped a length of insulation foam in.
tested Giant , Rocky Mountain , Focus, Merida came back to Specialized , love our Levo's , l hate the belts , love Specialized service yep must be insane too .Have even considered a second Levo to keep as spare for when the motors are being changed but its done in 1-3 days ,on my fourth in 7...
