Same here. So conflicted by this whole issue. We are still way slower than road bike riders with far far superior control/grip/brakes. We hardly stand out restricted or not! Downhill doesnt count. A bike travelling at 30mph downhill on the road is not at all unusual.

Hi, i am having similar problems with the same fork. Bad stiction when moving from rest position and the same after a heavy stop. Occasionally the fork will jump back up a moment after coming to a stop. I was considering a service but only had the bike a few months.

I get a noise like sharp crack going over roots or where roots cross under a path causing ridges. Very annoying but re-torque only worked for a couple of hours riding time. Seems to improve in the wet or after washing but always returns
