A pretty easy way to cover those brake callipers and disc's when spraying Fork Juice around. Just a couple of quid too.

Try looking at things you can ride on, a leaf on the track, a small stone and aim for these, once you are happy with that use it the other way to avoid things, it works for me.

Good ride today, not Switzerland or the Shire but when in London you have what you got.

Just a bit of an update on these grips, A: they do help me with my hand/arm problems and help with fatigue. B: If like me you have tools in your bars you will need to cut these off otherwise they make your bars wider, I just used a hacksaw and then glued the end caps back on.

Ok, The gloves from Fox are great, warm enough but still breathable, light weight and comfy, tight when I first put them on but became good very quickly, it's a glove I will probably wear all year round, enough strategically placed gel palm protection, Hook and loop wrist closure and so good...

Had flashing Blue/Red lights on my bike, this is the second time this has happened, both times it was after a downhill cruise through the woods, got to the flat and found the bike hard to ride, had lost all power, turned off and then back on and all was fine, however it did not record the rest...

After seeing these on a post by @matt_thebeard thought I would give them a go, nothing wrong with my old pedals but I did take them off my analog bike and will re-fit so I can use that bike again.
