Not tried the trance e+ but the specs for the cash are better than the levo. It will be my first e mtb and always fancied the levo, looks great feels great, the horror stories on here have put me off. Bike shop in Windermere were I'm currently staying swears by them, they acknowledge the issue...

Really in two minds now. I would already have a levo if not for all these problems being raised. Looking at the £5000 model after some consideration but it's alot of cash to pay for something that is going break. Considered a giant trance e+Pro? Wanted the levo though?

Is the foam insert the one provided by specialized as temp fix?

The LBS I've been as one entry level levo left. Then it's late march to April for next delivery. Checked Evans and they are saying the same. Would think the deliveries in April onwards would be the ones that specialized have addressed with the issues so looking to pre order one of these.

Really putting me off buying a levo at the moment due to poor quality control.

Hi all. Considering the 2019 levo but keep reading about issues with power cables, motor, motor housing. Are these common errors or rare. I looked at the motor housing on a levo today but couldn't see the gap were muck gets in, has this fault been resolved on the latest ones.

Hi. I'd probably only change the pedals, grips and fit a dropper. The rest I'd wait until it needed replacing. I use the my current bike to travel to work and read that the brose motor was best in regards to minimal resistance over 15mph. Found my missus bosch motored bike to drag a bit over 15mph.

Have to say them 3 things are what I considered changing also straight away. Think I'll go with the levo and put faith in specialized with regards to the motor cover and motor its self. Thanks for the help.
