I spoke with YT in the US and they told me that the price is not set yet but they expect it to be around $700. To be fair to YT, they have not officially announced the price.

Well for me the 20% more energy density is well worth it.

The real question is what cells are used in the specialized batteries? If it is the 18650 cell, YT is producing a better battery. YT uses a 21700 cell.

Those aren't the bikes he posted. The only other bike I would consider is the Norco Sight VLT. No Levo for me as they are too much $$$ for the components that come with the bikes. Even the 2020 Levo's.

I agree with part of dbag's statement. Get the bike with the best components. That is by a big margin, the DECOY.

The cranks on the Decoy are Shimano XT. I talked to a close friend and he believes the carbon wheel set on the Race is good especially for the price of the bike. All that is left is the cassette. I'm not too worried about that. I hope to pick up my Race in 3-4 weeks. Hopefully it will be on time.

Has any of you Slight owners ridden a Decoy? I would like to see a comparison of the 2 bikes by someone who has actually ridden both.
