Hey Man, thats a recognised issue with the E13 cassette. If you email the E13 customer support they will ship you a brand new cassette for free!!

I had an issue with my decoy with the speed sensor cable. Took it to a shimano service center and it got replaced under warranty. Also, I received a brand new cassette from E13 as they had a bunch of defective ones mounted on decoy sapparently. So far so good!

Yes pedal strike is quite annoying with the decoy. I was riding the Cannondale moterra we this weekend and it's incredible how just 1cm of BB height makes a difference. Still prefer the decoy as a bike. Ps. The new Bosch cx motor is not as noisy as they say afterall

The part (cable.and sensor) was free but they said they had to drop the motor and bla bla

They replaced mine under warranty without going through yt. They also charged me around 50 EUR of labor cost tho

I had the same, then after software update as well.as replacement of speed sensors and cable.everything is now smooth
