Check if the battery is not sleeping, you must hit read in controller tab several times, because Besst software is tricky sometimes. You must read S/N number of controller itself in order to write the data otherwise it won't let you.
In Besst Pro you can't set speed limit above 25 km/h. First set parameters in Pro, save and then go to regular Besst and change the speed limit as you want, it works only this way.
