I might be getting this tread all wrong but is what @Tim29 trying to get, is it you could have 3 different 150mm full suspension bikes from different manufacturers but all have the same suspension fork and shock fitted. These suspension forks and shocks will have the same sticker showing...
Just watched an embn video from eurobike and hope are starting to sell crank arms between 150-170 mm for Brose and Bosch motors. So it does look like it’s the next thing in e mtbs
Just picked up my 2018 Levo Comp from concept store Nottingham when they were pushing boxes in of 2019 levo HT they wouldn’t give anything away about them though
I agree doesn’t make much sense selling a bike with known problems.
Would have made much more sense to sell with the same motor and battery like the levo range does but change the components around ie lower spec suspension gears brakes etc
That’s the point, they make it incompatible with the older bikes to make you buy the new model. Not much point releasing a new bike if everyone just keeps the old one and upgraded the components
Not sure where they are based but the do post out Hargroves cycles are doing £5 off for every £50 you spend and they have size large kenevo in stock both colour ways
My mate at work bought his levo from leisure lakes and they want to charge him £25 to do the update he just spent £5000 with them!!! And if the update is paid for by Specialized they are taking the piss
Have you tried the levo with 29er wheels? Fitting these will raise the BB and help with the pedal strikes and with the shorter crank arms you’re after should give you loads of clearance
Just seen the video on Facebook that this company has released a set of gold Specialized kenevo frame and wheel set stickers so if you have the all black version you can match them to your shock/spring colour. Link below to view
