I spent a solid year over-landing in my Toyota with the Trek Rail 9.9 following wherever I went and heres the reults of about 600 miles of MTBing all across the USA.
AFTER 500 MILES ALL OVER THE USA ALL O=CONDITIONS ETC i HAD TO REPLACE A FLATTOP CHAIN AND REAR CASSETTE THATS A PRICEY FIX 600 BALLOONS OTHERWISE SHES GOOD TO GO.
I got a gen 4 rail 9.9 T type BUT I was going to get the CXR Sooooo Im trying to find a CXR motor anyone have any clue where I can score one without the entire bike attached to it? Lemme know.
For anyone wondering the SRAM T Type is worthy shifting while pedaling even standing on the pedals...
Im yanking these SRAM code silvers they suck so bad, and its annoying because for 12k for a BIKE they should at least have solid calipers. BUT they dont so back to shimano XTRs and I need to know what adaptor I need to fit them to the rail 9.9. thanks gents.
SO I took the new rail out last night for some trail footage and it was wet out there. After hitting a few deep ones in a row the orange light comes on 63000A code So I took to the dealer to make sure it was up to date on firmware etc. and after taking to the tech he said clearly you can fix...
I had it shut me down yesterday while filming a new trek rail video ironically enough It cleared then came back the moment I lit the bike up next day Ill post up what trek has to say as Im bronging it in today
