Current Levo is a great bike, if you find a good deal I would go for it. There is always the next model, but does that really ride any better? And it's sure to be much more expensive.
I rarely use TURBO. EMTB mode is the best. Exactly the same max assistance as TURBO, but way more intuitive and natural feeling. It like the force flowing through your legs. That mode plus the strength of the motor is what puts Bosch at the top in my book.

You only need the bracket if you want to keep the steeper geometry and want a shorter chainstay. I left it in the same position as the 29" wheel, the high position. That way it's slacker and the bb is lower. Still the bb height is 350mm, which is not low by any standard. And the longer chainstay...
