For the people that have changed the headtube angle, what are your thoughts? I'm running stock and I was thinking about going -1° to slacken a little...good idea?

I have a Fox 38 with 160mm of travel now, Gen 3 Levo, was thinking about getting a 170 or 180 air spring as I live in the mountains and do ride chunky stuff...any thoughts on if 180mm is TOO much? step 2 would be the regular cascade link that puts me to 160 in the back (no new shock).

I'd like to experiment with the headset angle on my 2022 Levo with the headset cup that comes with it, does anyone know/or have a video on how to remove and then install the cup? any other thoughts on the angles good or bad...?
