    Bafang m820

On my side I used a dc dc converter pluged on the main battery. My light was too powerful for the default light output. I think I will use the integrated light connector for the rear light

That seems nice, maybe se can use it only to protect the cables at the headset level

It looks like it will happen the same thing soon on my lce930… I’ve changed the dropper cable already because it was starting to be quite bad

I was trying to understand what is the worst thing that could happen ? The cells will heat because you're draining more than they can deliver, by heating, they will deliver more power and stabilise ? that's it ? I don't see any risks here but I'm far from being an expert :)

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

Am I the only one to find a power loss after a big climb in boost? The display still says I have the max power in watts but I feel like it’s not the case. Otherwise @JimLee-Lightcarbon , I attached a video few weeks ago on the marbles noise, it must be on the motor forum

I’m 1.85m (6 feet), I’m afraid 155 would be too small! I’m using the bafang right now but I consider changing, I will see what will be the price for the carbon ones we see above! Regarding the dropper, I’m using a 170mm right now and consider upgrading to 200mm 😂

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

Do you have a pic of your cable before connecting it? Or do you remember all the plugs? It should be connected to battery, motor and display. The light cables are just simple cables with no connector. And also, speed sensor should ve connected directly to the motor

Yeah, I meant internal routing but not through headset, theough a dediacted cable port!

My Lightcarbon LCE930 build with Bafang M820

I wasn’t against headset routing until I tried it 😃 External routing would be better, less noisy, easiest to setup

My Lightcarbon LCE930 build with Bafang M820

I guess @Rob Rides EMTB will do it soon! On my side, heating issues when climbing long time in boost mode, noise when climbing, and also the ball bearing or marbles noise when assistance engages or disengages
