I went for the Dakine hotlaps 2l waist pack in the end. Tried it this morning and it's perfect for what I need. Even with a full water bottle you can barely feel it.
Many years ago I once broke a finger and crashed as someone had deliberately put a branch across a singletrack at handlebar height. Taught me a lesson about being able to stop in the distance you can see ahead.
I use fork juice on forks, shock and dropper. When I bought my last bike (Giant Anthem) the guy that did the bike fit and setup said to store it upside down to keep the seals lubricated, kind of makes sense to me.
My 29 signature box arrived today by FedEx (well yesterday but I missed the courier), ordered 18th May. I had a couple of phone calls from Commencal but never did get any tracking info (hence missing the courier) and the order status is still at processed not shipped.

Having suffered a brain haemorrage some years after a bang to the head (non mtb related) and still living with some after effects 8 years later, you really, really must protect your head. I'm one of the lucky ones who has recovered pretty well but to me it is a no-brainer (see what I did there)...

I got my sitbones measured for my last bike so will be swapping my the specialized saddle I bought on to it I think.
Also have you put any paint protection film on it ?
